The first Modern Warfare 3 Spec Ops Survival mode gameplay has just been released by Activision and Infinity Ward. The two-minute ‘Spec Ops Survival Trailer’ features 100% gameplay from Modern Warfare 3′s new survival mode, so fans of Treyarch’s Zombie mode (or any horde/survival mode) rejoice. Although, it’s only for two players, not four – which may be to its detriment. It certainly looks fun though, I think you’ll agree.
Heads-up: Skip to 2:00 for a brief glimpse at MW3 multiplayer.
Modern Warfare 3 launches worldwide November 8th, 2011, on Xbox 360, PS3, PC, Wii and DS.

Meh… I’m sorry, but it looks like it’ll be fun for maybe like 3 games. Then it’ll end up like Spec Ops in MW2, where very few people touch it after they get the stars.

I agree. I think it needs to be 4-players.
Yeah really. To be honest I was kind of surprised that Treyarch didn’t bump the player limit on zombies just a little bit. But this… *Facepalm*

spec ops in mw2 is not a survival game mode this is just like zombies mode without the zombies but with kill streaks on actual multilayer maps and progressive ranking it wont get boring that quick unless you dont like zombie mode or think it has to have zombies to be fun

This is awesomely spectacular. Even from this one trailer, I can already tell that Survival Mdoe will be IW’s greatest attempt at Treyarch’s Zombies mode.

during the few seconds of multiplayer… the kill that comes up on the bottom left of the screen is a ac130 emblem, not the equipment. rewind and look, and youll see a missile come down from the sky and kill him.. funny thing tho, is the player who gets the kill tho, is the guy your watching who switches from his shotty to his foldable smg… can you say unmaned ac130? is that a good thing?

I’ll stick to Black Ops zombies .
Such a huge fucking disappointment from Infinity Ward to only have a 2 player game mode and not 4 when SOOOOO MANY people are going to get this game .

This video isnt very accurate to the real game. But survival is pretty fun. Although it would be even more fun if it was 1-4 players. love the game though.
