Modern Warfare 3 Double XP Weekend, Dome and Terminal 24/7 Starts Sept 28

Not only will Modern Warfare 3 players be getting double XP this weekend, but also a Dome and Terminal 24/7 playlist, along with two 24/7 maps for the last day of the event that you, the players get to decide.

In celebration of the newly updated Call of Duty: Elite, the powers that be will be turning on the double XP switch for both Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops starting Friday, September 28th through Sunday the 30th on all platforms. In addition to the double XP, Modern Warfare 3 will be host to a weekend-long playlist event.

To kick things of, on Friday there will be a Dome 24/7 playlist. Saturday will see a Terminal 24/7 playlist, and on Sunday your votes will determine which two maps will get their own 24/7 playlist. One focused on all the original maps plus Terminal, and the other for select DLC maps.

But wait, that’s not all! In addition to the 24/7 playlists, all challenges and operations will award Double Clan XP throughout the weekend. For the Daily Clan Challenges on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, you’ll also get event specific badges. If your clan earns a badge of any level for all three weekend Daily Clan Challenges, you’ll be awarded with a fourth unique badge to commemorate your clan’s participation.
